And the fact that we build inside a climate-controlled factory is a real advantage for our customers. Construction can begin anytime of the year, in any weather. That means no weather delays and more importantly, materials used in every home are protected from the elements (less risk of mould and rot).  

While our homes are built in a factory, they are far from cookie-cutter. In reality, nearly every home we build is customized in some way – from a completely custom design, to minor floorplan modifications. And we have thousands of finishes for our customers to choose from so that every home can fit the needs, wants, and budgets of our home buyers.
